Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy Overview

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (“Health Privacy Policy”) describes how Cheeky Glutes Nutrition (“Cheeky,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects Consumer Health Data of individuals (“you”) residing in states such as Connecticut, Washington, or Nevada, in accordance with the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Nevada’s Consumer Health Data Privacy Law, and the Washington My Health My Data Act (collectively, the “Consumer Health Data Privacy Laws”).

This Health Privacy Policy supplements Cheeky’s general [Privacy Policy]. Any capitalized terms not defined here will have the meaning provided in our Privacy Policy or in the applicable Consumer Health Data Privacy Law.

This may include, for example, wellness goals, fitness habits, or supplement preferences. Consumer Health Data does not include information that is publicly available, de-identified, or aggregated.

The types of Consumer Health Data we may collect include:

Information you share with us about your health, wellness, or nutrition goals.
Information collected through quizzes, product recommendation tools, or surveys.

Our Purposes for Collecting and Using Consumer Health Data

We may collect, use, or process your Consumer Health Data as reasonably necessary to:

We do not engage in geofencing around health care facilities in Washington, nor do we track or identify consumers seeking health care services or send targeted advertisements based on health-related locations.
